One of the most important things for people suffering from a mental illness or disability is that they are continuously developing their capacity to care for themselves. It’s also critical for them to be learning new life skills that can support them in becoming more independent. By learning these skills, participants are empowered to live a more fulfilled and meaningful life.
Our services aim to develop daily care and life skills to better prepare participants to live independent and self-reliant lifestyles. Our carers are patient, understanding professionals who can consider your unique needs and differences while supporting your skill development and learning.
We are highly experienced in finding the right activities for the right people to make sure participants get the most out of their learning. We focus on core elements of daily living, including shopping, money management, health and fitness and more. From there, the scope broadens to general life skills such as employability and community engagement. It’s our mission for participants to feel confident in their ability to function in everyday life without relying on a carer.
