A clean, tidy and orderly home is essential for people with disabilities to live as independently and happily as possible. Carrying out household chores can be very challenging for these people due to mobility and skill-based issues. This can result in negative emotions and may make independence seem too far out of reach.
Given some assistance with household tasks, NDIS participants are provided with the opportunity to live in a safe and comfortable environment where they feel empowered to live a more meaningful life. This can also have a carry-on effect on their overall health and wellbeing, as hygiene and cooking may be tasks we can help with.
Our household tasks assistance services are designed with the participant in mind. We understand the unique needs and limitations of everyone we care for, and our carers are friendly professionals who have experience working with a range of abilities. It’s our mission to help participants live in the best environment possible, whatever it may entail.
